SHORT DESCRIPTION: An opportunity for participants to experience first-hand the healing of Chinese Medicine and Western massage, and to learn how to incorporate a different perspective on health and well-being in their daily lives.
DESCRIPTION: A progressive series of six classes on massage and Chinese medicine techniques for addressing the following six common wellness challenges for men:

GOALS: Open up new perspectives, even for those already familiar with forms of alternative health care, on how to incorporate massage and acupuncture as part of self-nurturing and self-care.
ACTIVITIES: ½ informal lecture, ½ demonstration of acupuncture treatments and simple massage techniques
BENEFITS: Participants will get a basic understanding of the principle ideas behind Chinese Medicine, and experience first-hand how acupuncture can benefit their health. They will also learn hands-on massage techniques to use on themselves as well as their partners.
